Homemade Pizza

So for today's post, I decided to share a successful and easy (seriously it take 15 minutes TOPS) pizza recipe that Stephen and I discovered the other night.  Hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did!

INGREDIENTS:

1 store bought whole wheat pizza crust
2 cups of spinach
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of Pizza Sauce
1 grilled and sliced chicken breast (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

In a sauce pan, brown the garlic in the olive oil and after about a minute add all two cups of spinach. Pre-heat the oven to 375.  On a cookie sheet (that has been sprayed with PAM or lightly buttered) spread out the store bought crust and fold edges to form crust.  Place the dough into the oven for about 5-6 minutes (make sure the dough doesn't brown too much).  After the dough has been precooked, spread the pizza sauce until the dough is covered and add the sauteed spinach and garlic as well as the mozzarella cheese. Place the pizza back into the oven and bake until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted (another 5-8 minutes).

The Pizza Pre-Cooked (we also added some grilled chicken which is optional)
